Sharmans

Plygene Gutterline®: The only BBA-approved (Cert No. 00/3718), non-bonded, seamless gutter lining system. It utilises a thermoplastic liner that expands and contracts independently of the substrate, eliminating the stress cracking and joint failure common in bonded systems.

Seamsil® 100: The industry-standard silicone system for treating cut-edge corrosion. It creates a flexible, chemically bonded seal that encapsulates the lap joint, preventing water ingress and arresting sheet degradation.

TOR Coatings

Elastaseal™ Z: A premium, cold liquid-applied waterproofing system for flat roofs. The “Z” denotes zero solvents, making it the critical specification for sensitive sites (hospitals, schools) where fume risk must be eliminated. BBA Certified with 10, 15, 20, and 25-year systems available.

Elastaseal™ Fibretex: An internally reinforced coating containing chopped fibres, used for high-tensile strength detailing on upstands, complex pipe penetrations, and difficult geometric flashings.
